It's pretty simple... if you think about it.
Since commencing operations in 2004, our team has worked towards one goal; to make information as accessible as the air around us.
Our New Brunswick based company has the Canadian rights to iBurst; the world's most advanced secure mobile broadband system. Unlike cell phone networks designed to process voice rather than data, it was built from the ground up to handle the low and high-bandwidth applications that are shaping business around the globe.
In early 2007, RBI set up our first urban iBurst network in the City of Moncton. It didn't take us long to realize this incredible technology could be used for more... so much more... than connecting laptop computers to the Internet. Thanks to open-minded, New Brunswick based corporate and government customers, we learned there was a G R O W I N G need for mobile connectivity in the most non-traditional sense of the word.
At RBI, work with each new customer starts the same way. We strive to understand the way an organization operates; how it ticks. From there we ask probing questions designed to unleash an obvious need for secure mobile data and the accompanying competitive advantages and cost savings at stake. Once we have a thread, we start pulling. Once the solution ideas start, they're hard to stop.
Need an example? Take a fleet of taxi-cabs:
When our team began working with taxi-cab companies operating within iBurst coverage areas, it didn't take long for the ideas to flow. By putting an iBurst connection in each taxi-cab, we unleashed the same potential as a utility when it adds power to a newly built home. The result has been the following solutions and many more:
And that's just one industry making use of a single iBurst connection.
Our customers want solutions that go well beyond the laptop and the handheld. The effective organizations of tomorrow require mobile connectivity to be brought to the tools they use every day.
How would your organization respond with this level of freedom?
